The Ohio Association of Independent Title Agents (OAITA) welcomes new members. There are four types of membership, designated as:  Title Agent, Title Agency, Associate, and Underwriter. Click here for the bylaws. Use the online membership below to join or print out the application in the desired section below and mail with your check to the following address:

Title Agent
Join as a Title Agent and receive full member access to OAITA and NAILTA! (Two memberships in one:  both State and National – with full membership benefits to the National Association of Land Title Agents). Includes Individual Licensed Title Agents. Applicant members must hold a valid title insurance license.

Title Agency
Join as a Title Agency and receive full member access to OAITA and NAILTA!  (Two memberships in one:  both State and National – with full membership benefits to the National Association of Land Title Agents). Includes up to two agency owners. Owner members must hold a title insurance license.  Additional Employee membership is available for $50 per employee per year.  Employee members do not have to hold a title insurance license.
